These little green gems thrive in the salt air of the Greek islands, making Aegina famous for them. The Mourtzis family crafts traditional baklava and fistikato, a pistachio-based candy similar to a rum ball. It’s a true family affair, with Katerina and her mother handcrafting pastries and sweets, while her father oversees the orchards.
